We are looking for an economist for a consulting assignment involving broad economic work: economic monitoring and analysis as well as budget, forecast, and closing work. In your role, you will support the administration and contribute to the development of economic processes.

• Ensure good economic monitoring, control, and quality

• Prepare financial reports, analyses, and decision-making materials

• Be an active support in budget, forecast, and closing work

• Conduct economic investigations and in-depth analyses

• Participate in joint economic processes and development work within the administration and the city

• University degree in economics or equivalent education assessed as comparable

• Experience in qualified accounting and controlling work

• Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing

• Good system skills and experience working with financial systems

Experience in municipal economic operations is an advantage.

Consulting assignment for 6 months with the possibility of extension. Full-time. Start: immediately.
